I had just given birth to my second baby and my body felt weak. I could feel parts of my body that weren't strong like they used to be and I had some excess weight due to being on bed rest while pregnant. Jess reminded me that I just had a baby and that I should allow myself the time to heal and slowly work on gaining back my strength and getting my "body back." She helped with giving me exercises to help restrengthen the pelvic floor and provided safe postpartum exercises for a full body workout.
